Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of posthuman.digital and any sub-sites operated by POSTHUMAN ("POSTHUMAN", "we", "us", or "our"), including informational pages, the blog, the newsletter and any related content (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About POSTHUMAN

POSTHUMAN is a decentralized validator operating across 40+ proof-of-stake mainnets and associated test networks, plus the $PHMN token (CW20 on Juno Network) and the POSTHUMAN DAO on the DAODAO platform. The Site is informational; it is not a wallet, custodian, exchange or financial advisor.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Token mechanics, staking rewards, slashing risks and StakeDrop schedules are described for transparency; they are not solicitations or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for understanding the risks of staking, governance participation and token holding.

3. Validator Services

Where information about staking with POSTHUMAN is provided (validator addresses, stake URLs, APR estimates, +$PHMN distribution lists), it is offered on a best-effort basis. APRs fluctuate with on-chain conditions. POSTHUMAN does not custody your tokens at any point — delegation is a non-custodial action you perform on the relevant chain.

The advertised 125% slashing refund applies only to slashing events caused by validator-side faults (downtime, double-sign) up to the limits and procedures published in our community channels at the time of the incident. Network-protocol changes, governance decisions affecting validators, or user errors are not covered.

4. $PHMN Token

$PHMN is distributed via scheduled StakeDrop snapshots described in $PHMN documentation. The token is not offered as a security or investment product. Token utility, distribution and capitalization mechanics are described in the canonical tokenomics document maintained at github.com/Validator-POSTHUMAN/About-POSTHUMAN.

5. Newsletter

Subscribing to the newsletter requires an email address. We use it solely to send POSTHUMAN-related updates (StakeDrop alerts, validator launches, DAO briefings). See our Privacy Policy for storage and processing details. Every message includes an unsubscribe path; you can also email validator@posthuman.digital to be removed.

6. External Links

The Site links to third-party platforms (Cloudflare, GitHub, DAODAO, Osmosis, Astroport, CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Dropstab, partner validators, the official explorer, the claim app and others). We do not control these properties and disclaim responsibility for their content, terms, availability and security. Use them at your own risk and review their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The "POSTHUMAN" name, logo, $PHMN brand mark and Site-specific copy are owned by POSTHUMAN. Source code in our public repositories is licensed under the terms stated in each repository. Cosmos chain icons are sourced from the Cosmos chain-registry under its respective license; partner logos remain the property of their owners.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or otherwise abuse the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
• impersonate POSTHUMAN, mislead other users about your relationship with the project, or use the brand to promote unrelated products;
• submit false information through the newsletter form or any other interactive surface.

9. No Warranty

The Site, the validator infrastructure, and any documentation are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POSTHUMAN, its contributors and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the validator services or the $PHMN token.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
